Led day to day operations of media team; recruited, hired, managed and mentored team members;
- Developed and led team of graphic designers responsible for layout, design and development of graphical user interfaces for mobile devices, working across all platforms and tiers, from mass market to luxury.
- Produced UI flows and simulations that demonstrate new user interface concepts utilizing Adobe Flash as a critical step in design refinement and communication to software development teams.
